Hello! A bit about me:

Hello! My name is Natalie Knoer and I have always enjoyed collaborating with other people and seeing their different viewpoints. Social media and marketing seem to go hand in hand with collaborating with others and having a new challenge every day. Over the years I have gotten 8 years’ experience working in the marketing field and have been able to push my limits to see what I can accomplish.

Working at Chae Organics really helped me see my potential in Communications and Marketing. While I was there I streamlined communications between clients and with the executive staff that increased production by 25 percent. I also prepared research reports on products for clients that assisted in the manufacturing side the helped productivity 10 percent.

While Chae Organics spearheaded many of the skills that I had, working at IBM made sure that I knew how to work efficiently with a team and with customers. At IBM I practiced de-escalation techniques that resulted in 100 percent customer satisfaction. The customer satisfaction also contributed to my 95 percent ticket closer rate. 

Outside of work I like to hike, do yoga and hang out with friends and family. I also enjoy traveling and have been to 20 states and counting. I have also been to the countries of France, Italy, Spain and went to Hong Kong for an International exchange program in college.
